1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

You represent that you are not located in, a citizen or resident of, or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not listed on any sanctions or restricted-party list. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you.

2. The Service

dydt.ai is a non-custodial interface that aggregates publicly available onchain data for tokens on the Solana network and helps you construct and route transactions to third-party decentralized exchanges and protocols.

We do not take custody of your assets, hold your private keys, or control your wallet. All transactions are initiated and signed by you and are executed by public blockchains and third-party smart contracts that we do not operate or control.

3. No Financial Advice

All content, data, charts, rankings, and signals provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, nor a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Conduct your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any transaction.

4. Assumption of Risk

Trading digital assets is highly speculative and carries substantial risk, including the risk of total loss. Token prices are extremely volatile, and many tokens have no intrinsic value or liquidity.

You acknowledge the risks inherent to onchain activity, including but not limited to smart-contract vulnerabilities, fraudulent or malicious tokens ("rug pulls"), impermanent loss, front-running and other MEV, network congestion, failed transactions, slippage, and network fees. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be undone by us.

5. Wallets and Transactions

You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase, and for all activity that occurs through your wallet. We will never ask you for your private keys or seed phrase.

You are responsible for reviewing every transaction, approval, and permission before you sign it. We cannot cancel, reverse, or recover transactions once broadcast to the network.

6. Fees

Your use of the Service may be subject to fees, including platform or routing fees charged by us and network (gas) and protocol fees charged by third parties. Applicable fees are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation and may change from time to time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to engage in any unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or market manipulation; to violate any applicable law or sanctions program; to infringe the rights of others; or to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

You agree not to use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our systems, except through interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and links to third-party services, including RPC providers, wallets, decentralized exchanges, and other protocols. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of any third-party service, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its interface, design, logos, and content (excluding public onchain data and third-party materials), is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any onchain data or pricing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim or USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class or representative action, except where prohibited by applicable law.
