Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how dydt ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with dydt.ai and its related interfaces and services (the "Service"). Because the Service is a non-custodial interface to public blockchains, much of the activity you perform is recorded on public networks outside our control.
1. Information We Collect
Wallet and onchain data: when you connect a wallet, we process your public wallet address and the associated onchain activity, all of which is already publicly available on the blockchain.
Usage and device data: we collect standard analytics and log data such as pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps.
We never collect, request, or store your private keys or seed phrase. We do not require you to create an account with personal identifiers such as your legal name to use the core Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to display relevant onchain data and route transactions you initiate; to monitor performance, prevent abuse, and secure the Service; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to understand how the Service is used. We may use third-party analytics providers that set their own cookies and process usage data on our behalf. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, such as hosting, RPC, and analytics providers, under obligations of confidentiality. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service interacts with third-party wallets, decentralized exchanges, protocols, and websites that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Data recorded on public blockchains is permanent and outside our control, and cannot be deleted by us.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing, including under the GDPR and CCPA. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. Note that we cannot alter data recorded on public blockchains.
9. International Users
The Service may be operated and accessed from various jurisdictions. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in countries that may have different data-protection laws than those in your country of residence.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
